Brand Forge Studios is a trade name of Caleb Long, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Texas. On this page "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using this website.

This website describes services we offer and gives you a way to get in touch. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Descriptions of services, methods, timelines, and results on this site are for information. They do not create an offer, a quote, or an agreement of any kind. Nothing on this site guarantees a particular outcome for your business.

Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

The design, text, graphics, code, and marks on this site belong to Caleb Long, LLC or are used with permission. Client names and product images appear with the permission of the businesses concerned and remain their property.

You may read, link to, and share this site. You may not copy it, republish it, or use it to build a competing offering without written permission.

When using this site, please do not:

• break any law, or use the site to help anyone else break one
• try to gain access to systems, accounts, or data you are not entitled to
• interfere with the site's operation or security, or test it without permission

• send anything through the site that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful

This site may link to services we do not run, including a scheduling tool. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, their terms, or how they handle your information. Their terms apply when you use them.

We do not promise the site will always be available, error free, or free of anything harmful, and we do not promise the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Caleb Long, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, whether or not we were told such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability connected with this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

If you become a client, the scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality terms, and ownership of the work are set out in a signed agreement between us. That agreement governs the work. Where it conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute connected with this site will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Texas.
