Privacy Policy

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell anything about you.

The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us.

Brand Forge Studios, a trade name of Caleb Long, LLC, decides how the information described here is handled. You can reach us at caleb@brandforgestudios.com.

• Anything you type into a form on this site and submit, such as your name, your email address, and your answers about your business.
• Anything you send us by email, including your address and whatever is in the message.
• Standard server records kept by our hosting provider, such as the requested address, the time, and the browser's own request headers. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

• No analytics or measurement of how you move around the site.
• No advertising or social media tracking pixels.
• No cookies for tracking. See the cookie policy for the full detail.
• No payment card details. This site takes no payments.

To reply to you, to prepare for a conversation you asked for, to carry out work you have engaged us for, and to keep our own records of that work. We do not use it for anything else.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are stored in a database run by Supabase, hosted in the United States. Both companies process this information on our instructions.

If you are outside the United States, sending us information means it will be stored there.

Nobody, apart from the hosting and database providers above who need access to run the service.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not trade it. We would disclose it only if the law required it, or to protect our legal rights.

Enquiries and answers are kept while there is an active conversation or engagement, and then for as long as we need them for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Write to caleb@brandforgestudios.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, and we will honour them.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
